We are happy to inform you that Nile Valley & partners now own an apartment
building with 4 flats over 4 floors.
Through the years we have had many requests from guests who would like to rent a flat but with the Nile Valley service and cleanness. Now we can offer exactly what our guests have been looking for.
Each of the 4 large apartments have 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a Western bathroom with the addition of a patio and garden (ground floor) 2 large balconies (middle floors) and a roof terrace for the top floor.
The building is situated just outside the village right in the middle of a beautiful green agricultural land but 3 minutes from the main road. It is a 10/15 minute walk from the Nile Valley hotel either along the main road or more interestingly through the village and some sugar cane fields. The area is ideal, there are no buildings in front or at the back and it is situated between the agricultural land and palm trees. We are just at the finishing stage and we will publish additional pictures soon.
These are serviced apartments and will be cleaned (daily) by our housekeeping staff, sheets, towels etc. will be changed (daily), finally use of the Nile Valley swimming pool is included.
If you don’t feel like making breakfast, just come on over and enjoy the breakfast at the Nile Valley hotel.
The price p/night is 80,- USD (min. booking 3 nights).
