LAHMA MAHSHIYA – Beef stuffed
beef, stuffed Ingredients
- I kg. beefsteak
- 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
- 15-20 cloves garlic
- I cup tomato sauce,
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Slice meat very thin , and cut into 10 em squares, then pound to
tenderize. Crush garlic with salt and mix with parsley. Spread
each slice of beef with this mixture and roll up. Tie with thread.
Lightly fry , place in oven dish , cover with tomato sauce and bake
in center of preheated moderate oven for 30 minutes. Before
serving, snip off the thread.
